The Bharari Initiative was established to enhance secondary education for socio-economically disadvantaged students, with a special focus on girls. Our program goes beyond academic tutoring to include life skills training, leadership development, and extracurricular activities, promoting holistic growth.

Currently impacting over 350 students in 7th and 8th grades across 5 schools near the Saswad plant, the initiative equips students with the tools to improve academic performance, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. We offer workshops, skill-building activities, and access to a well-stocked library, all aimed at empowering students for a brighter future.

Through these efforts, the Bharari Initiative strives to create lasting change, enabling underprivileged students to thrive and lead with confidence.
