Job Description
- Proven experience in business development within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry, with a focus on the North Region market.
- Strong understanding of dealer management, channel sales, and customer relationship management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel within the North Region as needed.

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

- Dealer Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update customers on products and services.
- Channel Sales:
- Implement effective channel sales strategies to optimize distribution channels and maximize revenue.
- Monitor channel performance and provide guidance and support to channel partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Sales Growth:
